Check-In
On the day of arrival your apartment is at 2 p.m. available.
Check-Out
On the day of departure please note that you have to enable the apartment til 09.30 a.m.
Final cleaning
There is a final cleaning of € 60,- per apartement.
Short-term stay
There is an extra charge of € 10,- per person / day up to three days.
Free parking space at the house
There is one free parking space availabel for each apartement.
Children`s prices (Summer only)
If there are 2 full-paying adults per double room:
- Children from 0 to 6 years 15,-€ each.
- Children from 7 to 12 years 45,-€ each.
Local tax
There is a local tax from € 4,00 per person/day from 01.11.2023. Children up to 15 years are free.
Pets
We don´t allowed pets in our house.
Cancellation conditions
- Up to 1 month before arrival date 40% of the total amount
- Up to 1 week before arrival date 70% of the total amount
- In the last week before arrival date 90% of the total amount
In this case the General Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy of Tourism comes into place.
