Check-In
On the day of arrival your apartment is at 2 p.m. available.
Check-Out
On the day of departure please note that you have to enable the apartment til 09.30 a.m.
Final cleaning
There is a final cleaning of € 10,- per Person.
Short-term stay
There is an extra charge of € 5,- per person / day up to three days.
Child allowance
There is a child allowance of 80% for children from 0 to 6 years and 20% for children from 7 to 12 years, if there are two full-paying adults per double room.
Local tax
There is a local tax from € 3,50 per Person from 01.11.2020. Children up to 15 years are free.
Cancellation conditions
- Up to 1 month before arrival date 40% of the total amount
- Up to 1 week before arrival date 70% of the total amount
- In the last week before arrival date 90% of the total amount
In this case the General Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy of Tourism comes into place.
